Anger
This is the emotion that sits in front of all the others, sadness/fear/hurt/guilt/anxiety/depression.
It’s so much easier for someone to be Angry than be vulnerable and be sad… fearful…etc.
Anger can stem from past events, that sits there and “festers” creating toxicity in the body.
Release the Anger from the past, releasing it, letting it go, and realise the freedom that is opened up to you.
